Firma Flooring are contractors specialising in commercial flooring. We are based in the West Midlands, providing regional and national services across the UK. Our team have a wealth of experience in the industry. We provide a wide range of flooring solutions to the construction industry, supported by expert technical advice and product knowledge.
Flooring options include vinyl, rubber, LVT, laminate, wood, carpet, carpet tiles and entrance matting. Our flooring services comprise of specialist advice and planning, surveys and inspections, installations, repairs and maintenance. We work with you to plan and deliver tailored subfloor preparations key to ensuring a high quality and durable floor finish.

We are experienced in working with complex specifications such as flooring finishes that comply with hygiene and safety standards for medical or industrial workplace environments.
Preparation and Installation
Subfloor preparatory works are essential to achieving a high quality and durable floor finish. Essential works may include removal of existing floors; scabbling; diamond grinding; penetrating screed renovation systems; surface applied DPMs; smoothing and levelling compounds; and rapid repair mortars.
We are skilled and experienced in installing a wide range of floor finishes, including vinyl, rubber, wood, carpet and carpet tiles, matting and LVT. We provide bespoke designs using products such as Karndean, Amtico, Polyflor and Tarkett.

Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs
We ensure management oversight and routinely carry out inspections for all contracted works. We will work with you to complete alterations or repairs and only sign off with your agreement. We can give advice on floor maintenance and remain a point of contact for future works if and when repairs are needed.
